Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort. I got into the field over 10 years ago aspiring to help others feel better about themselves. After receiving my bachelors degree in Exercise Science along with multiple certifications, such as Corrective Exercise Specialist of the BioMechanics Method, Flexibility Specialist, and Exercise Physiology,  I found my calling. Whether it's professional athletes, young children or business professionals, I wake up every day looking to help others feel better about themselves. This is not a job, it is my passion.
